4-Stage Manufacturing Process
Material Inspection & Cutting
Every batch of 6063-T5 aluminum undergoes spectrographic composition analysis before entering production. CNC saws cut profiles to length with +/-0.1mm tolerance. Off-spec material is rejected before any value is added.
CNC Machining & Fabrication
Multi-axis CNC machining centers drill, mill, and rout all connection points, drainage channels, and motor mounting brackets. Robotic welding stations assemble main beam structures with consistent penetration and alignment.
Powder Coating & Curing
Profiles undergo a 7-stage pretreatment (degrease, rinse, etch, rinse, chromate conversion, rinse, DI rinse) before electrostatic powder application. Coating is cured at 200C for 20 minutes, achieving a 250-micron architectural-grade finish.
Assembly & QC Testing
Each unit is fully pre-assembled in our testing bay. Motors are cycled through 100 full open/close operations. Water-spray testing verifies IPX6 waterproofing. Electrical systems are checked for proper sensor response and app connectivity.

Yes, OEM/ODM manufacturing is a core part of our B2B service. We can produce pergolas under your brand with custom extrusion dies (your unique profile shape), proprietary powder coating colors matched to your brand palette, custom packaging with your logo and assembly instructions, and complete confidentiality agreements.
