Technical Specifications

All structural profiles are manufactured from 6063-T5 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. This alloy provides an optimal balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and extrudability. Key mechanical properties: tensile strength 185 MPa minimum, yield strength 145 MPa minimum, elongation 8% minimum. Wall thickness ranges from 2.0mm on non-structural trim profiles to 3.0mm on main beams and support posts.

Our louvered roof systems are structurally rated for wind speeds up to 120 km/h (Beaufort Force 12 / Category 1 hurricane) when properly anchored to an appropriate foundation. Snow load capacity is rated at 150 kg/m2. Engineering calculations are provided for each custom configuration, and structural reinforcement options are available for projects in extreme weather zones. All ratings include a 1.5x safety factor.

Standard configurations support spans up to 6 meters in width and 12 meters in length without intermediate support posts, using 120x120mm main posts and reinforced main beam profiles. For larger spans (up to 8m width), an upgraded 150x150mm post and beam profile is available. Multi-unit linked installations can cover unlimited areas by connecting adjacent units at shared support posts.

Our warranty terms: 10 years on the aluminum structure (including louver blades and support framework), 5 years on the powder coating finish against fading, chalking, or peeling, and 3 years on motors, electronics, and sensor components. Warranty claims are handled through our B2B support team with parts shipped via express courier. Extended warranty options are available for large commercial projects.
